Your database is hosted on a powerful dedicated servers running FileMaker Server Advanced software.
Because this is mission critical, all sensitive components are in pairs. Your data is stored on a “RAID” level 1 disk array (2 mirrored hard drives) to protect you from drive failure.
Our servers are a minimum spec of 2.4GHz 4MB Cache Intel® Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB RAM and dual 250Mb mirrored disk drives, 10240 Kbps data pipe, unlimited bandwidth. Servers also have the latest version of FileMaker Server Advanced, backup scheduling, RAID, Firewall, encrypted FileMaker connections and PHP.
Backups are done daily on a separate drive with a 7 day archive. We also store a weekly archive at a separate location. In total, we maintain 3 separate backup files of your database. If a disaster does happen your data is safe and we can re-install from one of the previous backup files. Additionally, 3 Square's fast and wide connection to the internet is redundant to prevent down time.
